Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in nursing or PA.
• AANP/APRN/NCCPA/PA certifications required as listed.
• Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician.
• Comply with applicable state laws and privileging requirements.
• Work in outpatient collaboration with a physician.
