Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join the ambulatory care team. You will perform history and physicals, order data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive outpatient care.

Requires Master's degree, national board certification as ACNP or PA, and BLS/ACLS. Work schedule is Day shift at the 9501 Roosevelt Boulevard location, with emphasis on evidence-based practice and teaching opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in nursing or related field.
• National Board Certification as Acute Care NP or Physician Assistant.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete history and physicals and document in the medical record.
• Order and interpret diagnostic data to guide care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to diagnose and manage conditions.
• Develop and modify plan of care based on guidelines.
• Maintain timely documentation and continuity of care.
• Engage in precepting, education, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
