Job summary

Massachusetts General Hospital seeks an Ambulatory Abdominal Transplant Clinical Pharmacist to cover kidney, pancreas, and liver patients in the Abdominal Transplant Clinic. This multidisciplinary clinic includes surgical, renal, hepatology attendings, fellows, APPs, dieticians, social workers, transplant coordinators, and clinical pharmacists.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a compensation range of $127,000 to $160,000 per year, aligned to experience.

Qualifications

• Ambulatory abdominal transplant pharmacist with clinical training.
• Experience with pre-/post-transplant medication management.
• Ability to lead education for patients and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and prompt medication therapy.
• Lead protocol development and quality improvement projects.
• Train residents and students in transplant pharmacotherapy.
