We are hiring Ambulance Operator (AO) Paramedics to provide basic and advanced medical care to ill and injured patients and to operate ambulances responding to emergency medical calls.

Benefits include a competitive annual salary range of $77,342.72 – $91,952.64 with built‑in overtime pay, hiring bonus up to $2,000, referral bonus up to $750, and bilingual compensation of $50 per pay period.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid California Paramedic License or Nationally Registered Paramedic (NRP) Certification with a copy submitted.
• Valid CPR card.
• Valid ACLS card.
• Valid California Class C Driver License and proof of automobile liability insurance.
• ICEMA Paramedic accreditation obtained by end of academy, maintained thereafter.
• Completion of Ambulance Driver Taskbook by end of academy.
• Meet health, physical, and fitness standards.
• Pass background investigation, fingerprinting, drug test, and medical examination.
• Willingness to work anywhere within San Bernardino County.
