Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a production laboratory environment.
• Ability to organize workflows and allocate personnel effectively.
• Experience handling non-routine samples and high-volume prep schedules.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Workday and LIMS.

Responsibilities

• Personnel supervision, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
• Backlog management workflow monitoring and operational efficiency.
• Communication between laboratory departments, PMs, and upper management.
• Sample analysis following published methods.
• Analytical method development and data review for client reports.
• Laboratory equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Quality updates, safety and compliance with QA/H&S plans.
