Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Deep experience in iOS, Android, or cross‑platform mobile development.
• Strong native expertise in Swift/iOS and/or Kotlin/Android.
• Experience working with Flutter-based codebases or willingness to ramp up.

Responsibilities

• Build and own high-impact mobile experiences for clinicians from idea to launch.
• Develop AI-native mobile features like real-time transcription and ambient documentation.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, and AI teams to translate workflows into mobile experiences.
• Own quality including performance, accessibility, reliability, analytics, testing, observability, and release readiness.
• Mentor other engineers and raise the bar for mobile engineering and craft.
