Local Goat is seeking highly energetic servers to join our one-of-a-kind farm to table concept. We want team members who can appreciate our story and provide exceptional guest service while working with FOH POS systems. You must have at least 1 year of service industry experience and a current ABC server permit.

The role includes standing 6–8 hours a day and lifting up to 40 lbs. Join us to be an ambassador for all we do and believe in.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Neatly dressed and well groomed per company policies.
Able to operate a point of sale terminal and complete credit card transactions.
Able to deliver plates, serve, clear tables, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Able to stand for 6–8 hour shifts.
Able to respond clearly to guest requests.
Able to hear well in a loud environment.
Able to adhere to alcohol awareness procedures for serving liquor and beer.

Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming, and fun atmosphere for guests and fellow employees.
Set places at dining tables, take orders, serve food and drinks.
Answer questions about food and drinks, including ingredients and preparation.
Maintain cleanliness of restaurant by pre-busing tables and restocking server stations.
Perform duties in a timely manner in line with company policies and safety procedures.
