Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate at the Burlington Mall to deliver a world-class shopping experience and exceed store goals. You will share product knowledge, engage customers, and build brand loyalty while maintaining on-brand merchandising and smooth store operations.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, with 20+ hours per week, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience across levels.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; part-time availability ≥20 hours/week.
• Base weeks up to 12 hours, peak weeks up to 21 hours (not more than 30 hours/week).
