Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Bartender in Albuquerque, NM to craft cocktails, pour beer, and serve guests with enthusiasm and knowledge. You will deliver great food and drinks while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of bartending experience, are 21+, and hold Alcohol Certification. You’ll work in a fast-paced team, upsell items, and ensure accurate orders while adhering to local laws and policies to keep the FUN flowing.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of bartending experience.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Comply with the company uniform standards.
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience.
• Teamwork is a must; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Must act with a swift sense of urgency.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with all guests.
• Be our ambassador of FUN and suggest menu items; ensure order accuracy.
• Showcase extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipate Guest needs.
• Adhere to alcohol laws, procedures, and policies.
• Process payment transactions and invite guests back to the FUN.
• Maintain a stocked, clean, and safe bar; complete side work.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
