Job summary

LHH is seeking an Amazon Operations Associate to manage daily Amazon order management and client operations activities. Candidates should have experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, alongside strong Excel skills for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Experience with ERP order management systems preferred.
• Strong Excel skills including reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order fulfillment process from purchase order creation through delivery.
• Process and monitor Amazon orders to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Reconcile inventory and order activity within Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and open orders with warehouse partners.
• Support operational updates including EDI connectivity and item catalog maintenance.
