About the job:

We’re seeking a highly organized, analytical, and Amazon-fluent Marketplace Manager to oversee our Amazon business and help lay the groundwork for future marketplace expansion. You’ll manage the daily operations of our Amazon storefront, drive growth through listing optimization and advertising support, and troubleshoot issues with precision. This role requires deep familiarity with Seller Central, excellent data and reporting skills, and the ability to think strategically about eCommerce growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central (3P), including product listings, inventory, and performance tracking
  • Own marketplace account relationships and lead sales and marketing initiatives for Amazon
  • Build and maintain robust Google Sheets dashboards; analyze charts and data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Create and manage Amazon support cases for technical issues, listing errors, and backend support
  • Develop and execute creative briefs for listing and PPC testing, updates, and optimizations
  • Work closely with the PPC Manager to identify ad opportunities and understand key advertising metrics (ROAS, ACOS, TACoS, CTR, CVR)
  • Leverage Brand Registry tools to address counterfeits and grey market sellers
  • Troubleshoot operational and advertising challenges in collaboration with the broader team to improve the customer journey
  • Use flat files and advanced Seller Central tools beyond the basics to solve complex problems
  • Stay proactive during peak seasons, with some weekend availability when urgent Amazon issues arise
  • 2–3+ years in an Amazon growth or marketplace operations role, ideally within a CPG or eCommerce company (beauty preferred)
  • Proven experience with FBA and international marketplaces
  • Strong keyword research skills and demonstrated ability to drive growth
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (data sorting, chart building, reporting)
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Datarova, Sellerise, and Sellerboard
  • Experience using flat files to troubleshoot Amazon SC issues
  • 1–2 years working with Brand Registry & Brand Transparency
  • Successful track record launching and scaling products on Amazon
  • Must work U.S. Central Time hours and be flexible during high-priority periods
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
