Job summary

HNI Corporation is seeking an eCommerce Demand Planning Analyst to translate marketplace demand, sales, and inventory data into actionable guidance for maintaining product availability across Amazon and other partners.

The role interfaces with internal supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams to forecast demand, evaluate SKU‑level trends, and inform manufacturing and purchasing decisions. Strong Amazon Vendor Central expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years in eCommerce operations, demand planning, or supply‑chain analytics.
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and related reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary internal resource for Amazon Vendor Central reporting and demand signals.
• Translate forecasts and inventory data into actionable planning recommendations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement to align inventory with demand.
• Analyze SKU‑level sales and inventory to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports summarizing marketplace demand and fulfillment risks.
• Present data in clear formats to stakeholders to drive decisions.
