Job summary

HNI Workplace Furnishings, LLC is seeking an eCommerce Demand Planning Analyst to translate marketplace demand, sales, and inventory data into actionable guidance for maintaining product availability across eCommerce partners. The role bridges Amazon Vendor Central insights with internal supply chain and commercial teams to support manufacturing and inventory decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required in a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years in eCommerce operations, demand planning, inventory planning, or supply-chain analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central is required.
• Experience translating demand forecasts into inventory, purchasing, or supply-chain planning requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary internal resource for Amazon Vendor Central reporting, demand information, inventory metrics, and performance.
• Monitor Amazon forecasts and SKU-level demand signals to understand expected sales and inventory requirements.
• Analyze marketplace performance to identify meaningful changes in demand.
• Develop reports and recommendations that clearly communicate anticipated product requirements.
