Job description

Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

As an Amazon Marketplace Associate,you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon Seller Central account, ensuring our products rank, convert, and perform at their highest potential. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance our digital shelf, drive revenue, and maintain operational excellence. Experience with Channel Advisor (Rithum) is strongly preferred.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central operations, including product listings, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Optimize product content (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, and images) to improve discoverability and conversion.
  • Monitor advertising campaigns (PPC, DSP) and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Use Channel Advisor (preferred) or similar marketplace management tools to streamline operations and improve performance.
  • Track and analyze sales trends, keyword rankings, competitor activity, and customer feedback to develop data-driven strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and best practices to maintain a strong account health rating.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to manage FBA and FBM logistics, reducing out-of-stock risks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors, account issues, and customer concerns efficiently.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Channel Advisor experience strongly preferred, familiarity with other ecommerce management platforms a plus.
  • Proficiency in Amazon PPC, SEO, and analytics tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of retail math, pricing strategies, and Amazon fee structures.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing algorithms and policies.
  • Excellent communication skills with a data-driven and problem-solving mindset.

Education and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, ecommerce, or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer remotely.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
