Job summary

Pitted Labs, a leading e-commerce agency, seeks an Account Manager to own day-to-day execution and client relationships across brands on Amazon and other marketplaces.

You will manage advertising performance, catalog health, inventory planning, content, and cross-functional projects, collaborating with our ads team and AI tools to move faster and deliver results. This role emphasizes strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the Amazon channel for a company or multiple brands.
• Coordinate projects and direct support resources across priorities with high on-time completion.
• Excellent written, verbal, and video communication skills with clients.
• Agency/consulting/service-based experience preferred.
• Fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own overall performance and growth of accounts across marketplaces.
• Monitor day-to-day health of client accounts; flag issues and recommend improvements.
• Support expansion to Walmart, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.
• Manage multiple clients and workstreams including listings, ads, inventory, and content.
• Be primary contact for assigned clients; set expectations and maintain trust.
• Leverage AI tools to move faster and analyze data while maintaining message quality.
• Collaborate with team on strategy, problems, and cross-functional projects.
• Contribute to internal processes and playbooks; suggest improvements.
• Account setup, new listing creation, inventory management and forecasting.
• Design and execute business strategies and game plans.
