Job Description

Class A CDL Drivers for Amazon Freight Partner (Home every 2 days, up to $60,000/year)

• Compensation: $22/hr plus benefits, overtime, and Safety Bonus
• Hiring Nighttime drivers only; no day shifts available
• Gifted Hours program available for full-time drivers; inquire with owner

Schedule: 4 days on the road, 4 days off, rotating schedule including weekends

Location: Chattanooga, TN

JMACK Logistics LLC is hiring motivated full-time Class A CDL Short Haul Regional Drivers with a clean driving record for its Amazon Freight Partner program. We are a local small business working exclusively for Amazon, making on-the-spot offers based on eligibility.

Responsibilities:

• Haul Amazon loads (no-touch freight) using Amazon-branded equipment, including new sleeper cabs
• Service round-trip routes on 56-hour shifts (14 hours on, 10 hours off) with at least 40 hours/week
• Support Amazon’s commitment to timely deliveries and customer satisfaction

Benefits:

• Consistent schedule: 4 shifts for 4 weeks, then 3 shifts for 3 weeks, with overtime opportunities
• Home 4 days a week, with one night between shifts
• Competitive pay starting at $22/hour; drivers typically earn $57,000–$60,000 annually
• W2 employment with paid time off, health/dental insurance, and 401(k)

Requirements:

• At least 21 years old
• Minimum 1 year of OTR CDL A driving experience
• Valid Class A CDL
• Successful DOT physical
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• No current CDL suspensions or revocations
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record and good DAC report
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Ability to use handheld technology and GPS apps
