About the Role:

We are looking to hire a motivated, experienced Amazon E-commerce Manager who can take full ownership of our Amazon operations, including P&L management, product performance, and inventory. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent analytical capabilities, and a results-driven mindset. You must be able to assess priorities, act independently, and drive meaningful growth. This is a remote, full-time role with strong growth potential in a small, fast-moving team.

This is a Full-Time remote position.

We are looking for an Amazon E-commerce Manager, specifically with these requirements:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • 4+ years managing Amazon Seller Central (mandatory)
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with listing optimization and keyword research
  • Familiarity with Amazon PPC and compliance policies
  • Experience managing inventory for 500+ SKUs
  • Ability to generate and interpret performance reports
  • Based in Europe and available full-time.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Listing Optimization: Write, enhance, and monitor product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images) to improve visibility and conversions
  • Inventory Management: Forecast, track, and adjust stock levels to avoid stockouts and overstock issues
  • Marketing Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to align promotions, advertising, and creative strategy
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, traffic, and reviews; identify improvement opportunities
  • Compliance: Ensure all listings and practices comply with Amazon TOS and policies
  • Competitor Research: Track competitors’ pricing, promotions, and listings and adjust our strategy accordingly
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, with data-driven recommendations
