Job summary

Lacedaemon Distributions is hiring for a high-velocity Peak Season Pop-Up Team in Santa Ana, CA. The role focuses on prompt, safe, and accurate package delivery during a defined season from September 22, 2026, to January 15, 2027.

Base pay is $22.50 per hour with guaranteed overtime and a $1,000 sign-on bonus, plus weekly kicker and referral bonuses. Expect a predictable full-time schedule (10:30 AM–9:00 PM, 4 days/week) at Amazon Warehouse DLX8, with fully paid training and provided equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older with a valid State Driver’s License.
• Clean driving record; violations may disqualify.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and enter/exit a high-roof van repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages daily in a timely and safe manner.
• Load and unload packages; operate company smartphone for GPS/navigation and communications.
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and follow traffic laws and company policies.
• Support teammates and assist with routes as needed.

$22.50/hr Base + Guaranteed Daily Overtime ($33.75/hr) + Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Join Lacedaemon Distributions, a proud veteran-owned logistics company, for our high-velocity Peak Season Pop-Up Team in Santa Ana! We are building a high-performing family of drivers for an intensive seasonal sprint from September 22, 2026, through January 15, 2027.

THE PAY BREAKDOWN:

• Base Rate: $22.50 / hour.


• Guaranteed Daily Overtime: $33.75 / hour (Earn 2.5 hours of time-and-a-half every single shift!)


• $1,000 Milestone Sign-On Bonus: Paid in stages ($250 at 30 days, $250 post-Black Friday, $500 at season completion).


• $100 Weekly Kicker: Tracked weekly based on safety and "Fantastic Plus" metrics, paid out on your bi-weekly payroll.


• $150 Referral Bonuses: Bring your friends along for the holiday rush!

SCHEDULE & LOCATIONS:

• Predictable Full-Time Schedule: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM daily. Work a consistent 4 days per week (3 set weekdays and 1 set weekend day required so you always know your schedule ahead of time).


• Launch Station: Amazon Warehouse DLX8 – 515 E. Dryer Rd, Santa Ana, CA.


• Paid Training: Brief training at DLX7 Station – 6450 Katella Ave, Cypress, CA 90630 (fully paid time!).

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your main objective is prompt, safe, and accurate package delivery.

• Daily Deliveries: Successfully handle, load, and deliver packages on time using a company-provided smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning, and team communication.


• Physical Pace: Keep pace in a physically demanding job in all weather conditions; lift packages up to 50 lbs., and repeatedly exit/enter a high-roof van throughout the day.


• Vehicle Safety: Perform daily safety inspections on company vehicles and strictly follow all local/state driving laws and company policies.


• Team-First Mindset: Support your teammates in daily work requirements, including participating in rescue calls when other drivers need assistance with their routes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 or older with a valid State Driver’s License.


• Must have a clean driving record (multiple recent violations will disqualify).


• Authorized to work in the United States.


• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and step in/out of a high-roof van repeatedly throughout the day.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (Not Required)

• Previous delivery experience (e.g., Postmates, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, UPS, FedEx, etc.).


• Previous transportation experience (e.g., Uber, Lyft, etc.).


• Bilingual skills are a plus.
