Job summary

Sansky Logistics Group is seeking Delivery Drivers in Solon, OH to handle high-volume routes in the Eastern Suburbs of Cleveland. Positions are full-time, part-time, or seasonal, with start times at 9:55 AM for cargo van routes and 10:40 AM for Bedford routes. Daily pay options and a $1000 sign-on bonus apply to qualified routes.

You must be 21+, have a valid license, and be willing to work at least one weekend day. Earn between $22.75/hr and $33/hr (1.5x overtime).

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Consent to a 4-panel drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Work up to 10 hours per day with shifts starting at 9:55 AM (Cargo Vans) or 10:40 AM (Bedford Routes).
• Load and unload vans and deliver 200–300+ packages per day weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Safely drive a company van and operate a handheld device.
• Work in all weather conditions and navigate stairs/driveways with packages.

Job Description

Competitive Pay: $22.75/hr to $33/hr at 1.5X rate for overtime hours.

Sign On Bonus:

Sign On Bonus: $1000 after the following 2 bullet points below are completed. Only applies to DCM3/Solon Routes. Amazon lists who earns it and we will not fund bonuses that are not qualified by them. (Look at bottom for FAQs). Bonuses will be paid within 60 days of completing these qualifications.

• Completes their first route between Weeks 45–47, and
• Completes a total of at least 18 routes between Weeks 48–52

Educational Grant:

Job Responsibilities:

• Work up to 10 hours per day with shift starting at 9:55AM.
• Maintain metrics related to attendance, performance, and safety.
• Load / unload vans.
• Deliver up to 200-300+ packages per day weighing up to 50 lbs each.
• Safely drive a company provided van following strict safety standards.
• Operate a company provided handheld electronic device.
• Work in all weather conditions such as heat, rain, snow, etc.
• Climb in and out of vehicles with packages.
• Walk lengths of driveways and up/down stairs with packages.

Driver Qualifications:

• Be 21+ Years of Age
• Have a Valid Driver’s License; Commercials Driver’s License (CDL) Not Required
• Consent to 4-Panel Drug Screening (Marijuana is NOT Tested)
