Job summary

Concentrix is seeking an Amazon Digital Content Specialist (Remote) to manage and optimize product content across Amazon marketplaces for brands like Osprey, OXO, Braun, and more. You will ensure accurate, engaging content and support launches, localization, and content optimization.

You will collaborate with Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Creative, and Brand teams to maintain listings, localize content for markets, and improve conversion performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Content, Marketplace Content, Content Operations, or Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon product listings and content.
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central/Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Product Content across EMEA marketplaces and other platforms as needed.
• Upload and manage product detail page content: titles, bullets, descriptions, images, videos, and A+ Content.
• Support Amazon Brand Store updates and content enhancements.
• Ensure content meets Amazon best practices and brand guidelines.
• Execute product launches, catalogue updates, and content refreshes.
