Job Details

• Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) at DFH1 Station, 6499 NW 12th Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309
• Full-time position, 8-10 hour shift, 3-4 days a week (includes weekends, holidays)
• Salary $20.50 per hour, bi-weekly pay, plus monetary and other incentive bonuses for top performers
• Uniform: company-provided
• Location: on the road in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Schedule

• Availability Monday through Sunday, all 7 days (including holidays)
• Typical start time 11:00 AM
• Expected hours: 32 per week, maximum 30-minute lunch break + two 15-minute break stops

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• United States work permit
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience; Amazon DSP/DA, Flex Driver or commercial driving experience preferred
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds; ability to navigate a vehicle, operate GPS and company apps
• Physical ability to work up to 9-hour shifts, climb stairs, and load/unload packages

Responsibilities

• Deliver Amazon packages safely and promptly, using handheld technology to manage and track deliveries
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel, and working condition
• Interact professionally with customers and the public, addressing issues with a solution-oriented approach
• Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road
• Assist in training new team members and perform station tasks such as sortation when required
• Work flexibly to accommodate route variations, traffic, and schedule adjustments
