Overview

AOS Logistics is currently hiring full‑time delivery positions for Amazon. We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem‑solve situations, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Successful drivers enjoy being on the road, prioritize safety, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the company. Military veterans are welcome.

Shifts & Vehicle

• Shifts are available 7 days per week.
• Company vehicle provided.
• No CDL required.
• Overtime available based on performance up to 60‑hour work weeks.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles; follow all local and state laws, driving regulations, and company policies.
• Handle and deliver packages on time.
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use handheld devices for routing information and customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Work in a physically demanding job, lifting packages up to 50 lbs and repeatedly getting in and out of a van at variable locations.

Benefits & Scheduling

• $20.25+ per hour (paid weekly).
• Minimum of two paid 15‑minute breaks per shift and one unpaid 30‑minute meal break.

Basic Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Hold a state driver’s license for at least 4 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4‑panel drug screening.
• Clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations may disqualify).
• Good English speaking, reading, and writing communication skills.
• Extremely physical: able to walk up to 10 miles per day and lift and carry heavy packages.
