Job summary

BlueLine Logistics, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner serving the Lehigh Valley, is hiring full-time and part-time delivery drivers to join our team. You will operate routes independently, deliver packages, and provide reliable customer service using a company vehicle.

Shifts run 8–10 hours with start times around 10:15 a.m., one weekend day required weekly, and opportunities for advancement. Benefits include paid training, medical/dental/vision after 30 days, and a 401(k) after 90 days.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least two years.
• Clean driving record and successful completion of a MVRO review.
• Successful completion of a five-panel drug screening that includes marijuana.
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to communicate in English to understand safety and delivery info.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with the team.
• Reliable transportation and commute to the location within 25 minutes.
• Availability for the described schedule, including one weekend day weekly.

Responsibilities

You will be employed by BlueLine Logistics, delivering Amazon packages throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Job Description

We’re hiring full-time and part-time delivery drivers for an active, fast-paced position. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing reliable customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Pay and Benefits

• $22.75 per hour to start, increasing to $23.00 per hour after successful completion of the 60-day probationary period.

Schedule

• Full-time: Generally four days per week.
• Part-time: Generally three days per week.
• Shifts typically run 8–10 hours, with current start times around 10:10–10:30 a.m. Applicants must be available until approximately 8:30–9 p.m., depending on route completion.
• One weekend day is required every week for all positions. Your Saturday or Sunday assignment depends on staffing needs.
• Weekend-only and Friday–Sunday-only schedules are not available.
• Fifth and sixth workdays may be available during peak periods.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle and follow traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Load, organize, unload, and deliver packages along your assigned route.
• Use a mobile device to navigate routes and follow customer delivery instructions.
• Lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently enter and exit the vehicle, walk, climb stairs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Deliver packages accurately and efficiently while providing courteous, professional service.
• Keep your delivery vehicle clean and organized.
• Communicate with dispatch and promptly report safety concerns, vehicle problems, or delivery issues.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least two years.
• Clean driving record and successful completion of a motor vehicle record review.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Successful completion of a five-panel drug screening that includes marijuana.
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including lifting and carrying packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to communicate comfortably in English to understand safety instructions, delivery information, and team communications.
• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and communicate effectively with the team.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our location within 25 minutes.
• Availability for the schedule described above, including one weekend day every week and shifts that may finish around 9 p.m.
