Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Amazon Connect/Lex Developer on a 6-12+ month contract, remote in the United States.

The role requires hands-on experience building AI agents within Amazon Connect and strong stakeholder communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years with Amazon Connect/Lex and 2 years building AI agents inside Connect, plus solid problem-solving abilities and collaboration with IT teams.

Pay Range: $50 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - Amazon Lex, Amazon Connect and AI
• Minimum experience of building AI agents (within Amazon Connect) – 2 years.
• Minimum experience with Amazon Connect/ Lex – 5 years
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
