Amazon Connect ACGR Developer

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect ACGR Developer to design and implement Amazon Connect Global Resiliency (ACGR) for our enterprise contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon Connect, its architecture, and integration with AWS services. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and operation, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Implementation: Execute the technical design and implementation of Amazon Connect for customer cloud transformations.
  2. Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain technical playbooks for service outages or degradation, and conduct mock failover exercises to test readiness.
  3. Service Quotas: Ensure appropriate service quotas for chat and other digital channels.
  4. Load Testing: Conduct load testing and validation of ACGR configurations and processes for dual-region replication.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
  6. Monitoring and Automation: Use AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch for monitoring and automation.
Salary and Benefits:

The annual salary ranges from $64,734 to $102,500, depending on experience and qualifications.

This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
