Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Associate for the Amazon Cobrand Strategy team to drive strategic growth, support product launches, and lead cross-functional initiatives with senior business leaders. • Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, finance, or analytics in the financial services, credit card, or payments sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills – ability to collaborate and build relationships with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources.
• A high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Flexibility to travel to both Chase and Amazon partner sites.

As a Senior Associate on the Amazon Cobrand Strategy team, you will manage and support fast-paced projects that are of high priority to the GM and at the forefront of the Card industry. Your responsibilities will include identifying and driving strategic growth opportunities, supporting the launch of new products and capabilities, and initiating cross-functional projects that are core to the Amazon Cobrand portfolio. These responsibilities will necessitate significant collaboration with business leaders and cross-functional partners.
