Job summary

Amazon Australia is seeking enthusiastic Christmas casual promoters to showcase popular Amazon products in-store at JB Hi-Fi Ringwood, VIC. You will deliver live demonstrations and engage customers to boost product awareness during the peak season.

Training runs 23–25 NOV with the in-store campaign from 26 NOV through Christmas week. Prior retail or customer service experience and a passion for consumer tech are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Genuine interest in consumer technology.
• Confident communicator with strong people skills.
• Willing to travel to Melbourne for mandatory training (23–25 NOV).

We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Amazon Christmas Casual Promoters to represent one of the world's leading tech brands during the busiest and most exciting retail season of the year!

• Thursday to Sunday with 4-hour rostered day shifts
• Training starts: 23 November 2026
• In-Store Campaign runs: from 26 November 2026 through to Christmas week
• Employment Type: Casual, temporary contract
• Location: JB Hi-Fi - Ringwood, VIC
• Completive Casual rate - $34.76 + Super + weekend penalty rates

What You'll Be Doing

As an Amazon Christmas Promoter, you'll be the face of the brand in-store, helping customers discover some of Amazon's most popular products, including:

• Kindle
• Fire TV Stick
• Echo Smart Home Device

You’ll deliver product demonstrations, create positive customer experiences, support product sales and build strong relationships with customers and the JB Hi-Fi team

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging and interactive product demonstrations
• Creating memorable customer experiences and driving product sales
• Building strong relationships with customers and JB Hi-Fi team members
• Representing the Amazon brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
• Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge support

What you’ll need
