Job summary

MIRA Safety Corp is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Merchandiser to own the Amazon channel and manage Shopify listings. This part-time, remote role covers 20 hours per week with responsibilities across product setup, promotions, pricing, and inventory coordination.

You will drive cross-functional work with marketing, product, and web development teams, ensuring data accuracy and timely launches across platforms. Amazon health and compliance are key focus areas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of e-commerce merchandising experience on Shopify.
• 3+ years of merchandising and new product creation on Amazon Seller Central.
• Familiar with FBA processes and best practices for Amazon listings.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, web dev and product teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who can manage time in a part-time, remote setting.
• Basic understanding of SEO for e-commerce is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Account Health and Seller Support cases.
• Experience managing both FBA and FBM inventory and fulfillment.
• Experience using a project-tracking tool such as monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update Shopify site content for promotions and product launches.
• Set up new products on Shopify and Amazon with accurate details and imagery.
• Monitor and adjust pricing across platforms to reflect promotions and strategy changes.
• Coordinate inventory shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses (if not handled by Customer Service).
• Flag low-stock or inventory issues in Shopify and notify relevant teams.
• Collaborate with Web Development to implement site changes and UX improvements.
• Support ongoing improvement of product presentation and discoverability on Amazon.
• Maintain content calendars and checklists for merchandising deadlines.
• Monitor Amazon Account Health and escalate policy issues the same day.
• Own Amazon Seller Support cases and compliance documentation through resolution.
• Own FBA replenishment planning and FBM inventory accuracy during peak seasons.
• Review A-to-Z claims and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain a single Amazon tracker with owner, status, actions, and blockers.
