Qualifications

• Reading and understanding production paperwork and specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform packing duties: pack finished products into cartons and prepare boxes for shipment.
• Erect, label, tape, and palletize cartons per product specs.
• Assist with machine start-ups/shutdowns and product changeovers.
• Conduct scheduled quality inspections to ensure conformance to specs.
• Use measuring devices to verify dimensions and conformance.
• Safely operate a hand saw for production tasks per safety rules.
• Remove scrap material from machinery around water tables and wet areas.
• Report defects, equipment issues, or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Complete box counts and production records accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per 5S standards.
• Follow PPE requirements (gloves, eyewear, hearing protection).
• Support production goals by maintaining efficiency and reducing waste.
