Job summary

Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate caregivers in Jenkintown, PA to help seniors stay safe and comfortable at home. If you’re dependable, kind, and ready to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.

You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation as needed, following individual care plans. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing training with a supportive local office

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance.
• TB test completed or ability to complete TB testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Help with errands, shopping, and transportation when needed.
• Follow individualized care plans and client preferences.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs.
• Encourage independence, dignity, safety, and comfort.
