Job Description

We are currently seeking part-time coaches who can work 12-20 hours per week within the Framingham area. The role involves traveling to various preschools to work with children aged 2-6, with classes scheduled in 35-minute slots from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Most coaches will conduct 4-5 classes daily.

As a coach, you will represent our company and be entrusted with significant responsibility, making prior experience working with children highly desirable.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within the local schools
• Passion for sports, fitness, and working with children
• Background in fitness (athletics, dance, gymnastics, martial arts, exercise science, kinesiology, physical education, etc.) is a plus
• Experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, substitute teacher, coach) is a plus
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to pass a background check

Coaching Duties

• Punctually arriving prepared for classes, including commuting
• Interacting daily with parents, teachers, directors, and children
• Teaching classes in an organized, fun, and engaging manner
• Maintaining an outgoing and energetic demeanor during classes
• Supervising children responsibly
• Keeping class rosters up to date
• Submitting accurate pay stubs for payroll processing
