Amado Home Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality home health and hospice care across Brownsville, San Benito, and Harlingen. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, families, and referring agencies while delivering patient-centered care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and support for families.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School (Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate level).
• Current Texas State Registered Nurse license (or in accordance with Nurse Licensure Compact [NLC] rules).
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse in Clinical, Hospice, or Home Health settings (preferred).

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients in their homes according to established care plans and physicians' orders.
• Monitor vital signs, document patient conditions, and maintain accurate medical records including histories, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
