Job summary

Zaxby’s is hiring Team Members in the United States for day shifts with flexible hours and starting pay from $14–$25 per hour. Join a fast-paced, friendly team and enjoy employee discounts, paid training, and opportunities for advancement.

As a Team Member, you’ll learn Zaxby’s University training, serve guests, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area while ensuring correct orders and quality service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete Zaxby's University training for FOH and BOH.
• Maintain training current as new training is released.
• Complete understanding of Zaxby’s menu.
• Ensure customers receive the correct meal items.
• Taking quest orders, accepting payment for quest orders.
• Prep responsibilities include food preparation and meal preparation.
• Maintains a clean work area, dishes, floor mopping, and trash removal.
• Reports directly to General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leads.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our valued guests.
