Job summary

Atrium Centers in Michigan is seeking compassionate Housekeepers to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces for residents, families, and staff. You will work as part of a 100% employee-owned team, contributing to a positive environment where your efforts are valued each day.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, keeping interior and exterior areas spotless, and following established safety and infection-control procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care or large facility setting (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to relate positively and respectfully with residents and families.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude.
