Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to use a computer or tablet to enter resident data.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion CNA training from accredited program.
• Valid CNA certificate number required.

Responsibilities

• Answering call lights.
• Provide nursing care in privacy and dignity.
• Assist residents with feeding, grooming and daily activities.
• Help residents with transfers, seating, and mobility.
• Transport residents to dining areas and activities.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain resident confidentiality per HIPAA.
