Job Summary

Must be able to assist servers throughout Food and Beverage service. Exceed guest expectations by providing high-standard service. Respond to all interactions efficiently, courteously, and professionally to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Responsible for the appearance of the section, work station, and dining room.

• Full-time employees are offered these benefits starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment

• Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week
• Variable hour team members may be eligible after 12 months with supervisor approval, provided they have averaged 30+ hours per week during their first year

401K Plan:

• Eligible at age 21 or older, starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment
• 2% match with a 4% contribution from the team member

PTO

• 6 months: 7 PTO days (average 28 hours/week)
• 1 year: 10 PTO days (average 28 hours/week)
• 2-4 years: 15 PTO days (average 28 hours/week)
• 5+ years: 20 PTO days (average 23 hours/week)

Holiday Pay:

• Hourly team members working on Thanksgiving and Christmas will be paid at time and a half
