Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking an AM Restaurant Server to provide courteous food and beverage service to guests in alignment with our brand and sustainability standards. You will take orders, handle payments, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires prior F&B experience, familiarity with POS systems, and TIPS certification is preferred. Work schedules vary and may include weekends/holidays; HHM offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and input them in the POS system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and courteous service.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in guest check and payment process as needed.
• Perform other duties such as bartending or bussing during peak periods.

Your Growth Path

Restaurant Supervisor/Banquet Server/Captain – Restaurant Manager – Banquet Manager

Your Focus

• Take food and beverage orders and place orders in the point of service system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
• Pick up orders from food preparation areas and ensure food is prepared accordingly.
• Prepare guest check and if appropriate complete payment transaction.
• Perform other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing in the event of staff staffing shortages or peak periods.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills
