Job summary

LoLa 41 Aspen is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team and lead front-of-house operations at our Aspen location.

This full-time role requires a strong leader with hospitality expertise, capable of guiding a diverse team and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or floor management role within a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a motivated, team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and confident in fast-paced service settings.
• Proficient with POS systems and front-of-house technology (Toast, TrayAway, Resy)
• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Canva, R365, 7Shifts), scanning invoices and responding to VIP emails.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A college degree in hospitality or related field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless, efficient service throughout each shift.
• Oversee daily InRoom Dining orders
• Lead, motivate, and support frontofhouse staff while maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor to uphold LoLa 41's service and hospitality standards.
• Collaborate with management on training, shift planning, and team development.
• Assist with opening duties according to company procedures.
• Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

The Aspen location will feature:

• 100 seat restaurant
• 12 seats in a lowerlevel private dining room
• InRoom Dining

Key Responsibilities:
