TheOpportunity:

AM Ravello Server Assistant (On-Call)

Who We Look For:

We are looking for an individual who can providediningsupport in our breakfast restaurant, Ravellowho has prior experience in Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing ofchina, glass, and silver

• Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service

• Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be available on Thursdays and Saturdays. Friday and Sunday availability is preferred.

• Backgroundin fine dining with an emphasis on high volume is preferred

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to workweekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
