Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, hotel, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and safely operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools.
• Ability to follow safety, sanitation, chemical-handling, and guest privacy procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Housekeeping leadership, Room Attendants, Front Office, Engineering, and other hotel teams.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning tasks and replenishing guestroom amenities.
• Deliver linens and housekeeping supplies to guest rooms and service areas.
• Maintain clean and guest-ready public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators.
• Safely operate housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment.
• Communicate inventory needs to Supervisors.
