Assistant Teacher Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years childcare or college coursework in Early Childhood Education
- High School Diploma
Job Responsibilities include:
- Implementing lesson plan activities that are appropriate to the child’s age and developmental level.
- Meeting the individual needs of children.
- Parent communication.
- Participation in staff and training meetings.
- Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning.
