Liscio's Italian Bakery Inc. in Glassboro, NJ is seeking a Day Shift Packing Associate. You will pack, complete, and organize customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse, upholding cleanliness, food safety, and GMP standards.

Entry-level role requiring reliable transportation, teamwork, and the ability to work 6:30am–2:30pm, five days a week. You will use basic packing equipment, label products, and support teammates to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions, safely operate bakery equipment and maintain GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Pack, complete, and organize customer orders.
• Collect, gather and organize equipment and utensils for the next production day.
• Prepare and assemble boxes or crates.
• Load products into boxes with specific counts and accuracy.
• Stack and label customer orders.
• Assist team members to complete duties and provide real-time feedback on issues.
