AM Outlets Restaurant Manager (Food Services)

The award-winning Grandover Resort is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for morning coverage. This individual will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including guest service and ensuring all guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

Key Requirements:
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Working knowledge of NC ABC laws and regulations
  • Previous fine dining management experience
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in scheduling all restaurant staff (front of house, wait staff, bussers, hostesses)
  • Maintain wine inventory
  • Supervise staff and bartend/serve when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and equipment
  • Assist with staff training
  • Serve as backup to the Director of Restaurants for payroll and recruiting processes
  • Maintain a professional restaurant image, including cleanliness and staff uniforms
  • Participate in bi-monthly special events and marketing meetings
