• Maintains sanitation in the department.
• Organizes back storage, freezer, walk-in and production area.
• Reads and executes daily production list.
• Calculates figures such as weights, discounts, percentages and volumes.
• Provides customer service by answering questions and taking orders.
• Monitors quality and shrink; assists in receiving products and supplies.
• Preps, wraps, prices, sells, and stocks products steadily.
