Frothy Monkey is hiring an AM Kitchen Line Lead for our Nations location in West Nashville. This is a full time position with benefits, focusing on back of house leadership with breakfast and lunch in a high-volume kitchen open 7 days a week, 363 days a year.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience cooking in and managing a high volume kitchen that uses fresh ingredients.
• Able to train, manage, and develop staff effectively.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge of health code and FDA regulations is desirable.
• Ability to set up the line, monitor prep, and oversee presentation for consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a respectful tone and effective communication with co-workers.
• Train on all stations and ensure full line setup.
• Oversee line checks, prep pars, and ordering according to pars and COGS budgeting.
