Job summary

Loveland Ski Area in Colorado is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness of ski area facilities, including restrooms and offices, during operating hours and for evening resets. You will be part of a team ensuring a safe, pleasant environment for guests and staff.

The role requires 18+, reliable transportation, ability to work weekends/holidays, and a strong attention to detail. Seasonal benefits and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have reliable personal transportation as employee shuttles are not available for these shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Clean restrooms, floors, walls, windows, furniture, and fixtures in common areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Stocks all Custodial supplies/inventory as needed.
• Gathers waste, trash, and recycling from around the ski area for transport to pick-up locations.
• Assists/communicates with security on after-hours customer related issues or problems.

during Winter Season.

Part-time: Two days/week, weekends/holidays

during Winter season.

Pay: Starts at $20.00/hr.

Summary

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of ski area facilities including restrooms, common spaces, offices, etc. ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our guests and staff during operating hours, and evening cleaning and reset of all facilities. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.

Essential Functions

• Be able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision to clean restrooms, floors, walls, windows, furniture, of fixtures of common areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Stocks all Custodial supplies/inventory as needed.
• Gathers waste, trash, and recycling from around the ski area for transport to pick-up locations.
