Job summary

Loveland Ski Area in Georgetown, CO is seeking a Rental Shop Greeter/Guest Coordinator to welcome guests and assist with rentals. You will check in guests, provide information, help with equipment fitting, and support shop operations in a fast-paced mountain environment.

• Assist with equipment return.
• Assist with organization of rental shop equipment.
• Assist with daily cleaning of rental shop, workstations and exterior areas as needed.

Summary

You are passionate about excellent customer service and are driven to provide the best experience possible for guests and fellow employees. You will be responsible for greeting our guests upon arrival to the rental shop with helpful information for their day on the slopes. You will assist with other rental shop duties as the need arises. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.

Essential Functions (but not limited to)

• Assist guests with check-in, paperwork and other important information about their rentals and reservations.

Requirements

Physical Demands

• This position is regularly required to stand.
• This position will frequently require you to lift up to 25 lbs.
