Position Summary

Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Converting Operator to join its manufacturing team in Johnstown, CO. The Converting Operator is responsible for operating converting equipment that transforms plasticfilminto finished products through processes such as slitting, rewinding, sheeting, and bag making. This position plays a critical role in ensuring finished products meet customer specifications while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities

• Set up and operate converting equipment according to production schedules and customer specifications.
• Monitor machine performance andmake adjustments tomaintain product quality and efficient production.
• Inspect finished products for defects, proper dimensions, and overall quality.
• Perform changeovers, tooling adjustments, and machine setups for different production runs.
• Accurately measure, label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Complete production reports, quality documentation, and inventory records.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wearrequired PPE at all times.
