Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
• Stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in designated storage areas.
• Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
• Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam.
• Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area.
• Assists in cleaning and preparing foods for cooking or serving as needed.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and orderly work environment, complying with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Cleans hood vents, fryers, and grease traps.
• Cleans dish tanks, stainless steel surfaces, and drains, ensuring proper wash and rinse temperatures.
• Replenishes hand soap and towel stations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.

Salary
