Creative Dining Services is looking for an AM Cookto join our dining services team at Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis, MO. Are you someone who is friendly, knowledgeable and has a passion for making delicious meals for hungry college students? Apply now!

The AM Cook role works as a valued team member of the dining services department - ensuring that high quality, properly seasoned, nutritious food is being provided throughout the operation in a fiscally responsible and safe manner, and will be expected to work cooperatively with the rest of the dining services team, assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary.

The AM Cook will be focused on operating our Chef's Corner, breakfast prep and service, and prepping and cooking the lunch meal during each shift. We serve meals in a college cafeteria setting 7 days a week - weekend availability is a plus!

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Knowledge of proper food safety, food handling, storage and service techniques
• Excellent customer service skills
• Familiarity with batch cooking techniques and time management to avoid over/under production
• Prior foodservice experience, at least 2 years
• High School Diploma or equivalent - preferred but not require
• ServSafe certification - optional
